Send It Back: You’ll need to cover the postage cost (we know, it’s a bit of a bummer). Once it’s on its way, give us a heads-up so we can keep an eye out for it.
Refund Time: As soon as we receive your returned product, we’ll process your refund faster than two shakes of a jack-rabbit’s tail. Please note it can take up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank.
